Exchange & Return 

1. What is your exchange and return window?

We offer a hassle free exchange or return within 7–30 days of delivery, as long as the item is unworn, undamaged, and sent with its original packaging and certificate.
2. Are customized or engraved pieces eligible for exchange or return?

Customized, engraved, or specially sized items cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect.
3. How do I initiate an exchange or return?

Simply contact our support team with your order details. We'll guide you through the process, which usually involves sending the item to us using our authorized courier partners.
4. Will I get a full refund or exchange value?

Full refunds or exchanges are provided for eligible products within the policy period. After the return window, a partial refund or lifetime buy-back may apply, with deductions for making charges.
5. Can I exchange jewellery more than once or return gifts?

Exchanges are typically allowed once per order, and promotional gifts (free items or discount value) may be deducted from the refund if not returned.

1. Do lab-grown diamonds come with certification?

Absolutely. All our lab-grown diamond jewellery includes certificates from reputable gemological labs such as GIA, IGI, or AGS, specifying the diamond’s quality and origin.
2. What are the benefits of choosing lab-grown diamonds?

Lab-grown diamonds are ethical, eco-friendly, and typically cost 20%–80% less  than natural diamonds of similar quality. They are conflict-free and offer excellent beauty and affordability.
3. Are lab-grown diamonds as durable as natural diamonds?

Yes! Lab-grown diamonds have the same hardness, durability, and sparkle as natural diamonds, making them ideal for everyday wear and all types of jewellery
4. Can lab-grown diamonds be insured and appraised like natural diamonds?

Yes! Lab-grown diamonds can be insured and appraised similarly to natural diamonds. Insurance companies and certified appraisers recognize lab-grown diamonds when they come with proper certification.
